What to get
In the 12-hour Ayurvedic head massage course, students will have the knowledge and understanding of the following topics.
- Anatomy that involves the muscles around the head
- Equipment used for head massage
- Techniques and procedures for head massage, both sitting position, and upturned sleeping position
- Energy center chakras
- Essential oils according to host elements
- Benefits of Ayurvedic head massage such as headache relief, and increase hair growth
- lymphatic repellent and stimulate the nervous system
- Contraindications and caution in head massage
Students will practice head massage to have expertise and able to apply to be a profession.
Examination Criteria
When the student passes the theoretical and practical exams including finish to do a case study report of 5 head massage recipients (1 time per each), the student will receive a 12-hour head massage (Ayurveda) certificate, both in Thai and English.
